License Agreement
Last updated 19 Aug 2026
This License Agreement applies to any individual or institution registering a conference or journal to be hosted on Article Management System, operated by Technology Fist.
- You confirm you are authorized to register this conference/journal on behalf of its organizing committee or institution.
- Technology Fist grants you the right to use Article Management System's submission, review, and (where enabled) program, website, payment and publication tools for the conference/journal you register, for as long as its license/subscription period remains active. The features available follow the package subscribed (AMS Core; AMS Core Plus; AMS Core Plus & Publishing; or a Custom agreement), as enabled on the platform by Technology Fist to match that subscription.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit at registration (conference name, dates, scope, fees) and for communicating Article Management System's policies to your authors, reviewers, and committee.
- Hosting fees, renewal fees, and any publication fees are as displayed at the time of registration or renewal, and are described further in the Refund Policy.
- If you enable the separate Publishing platform for your conference/journal, you additionally authorize Technology Fist to register accepted papers with a permanent DOI and deposit their metadata with Crossref, as described further in the Privacy Policy.
- Technology Fist may suspend a conference/journal's license for non-payment, policy violations, or fraudulent activity, with reasonable notice where practical.
- After your conference/journal's license expires, its data (submissions, reviews, decisions, and related records) remains available and accessible to you for 6 months, so you can retrieve or export anything you need. After that 6-month period, Technology Fist may archive or remove the data at its discretion - this does not affect papers already registered with a DOI, which remain permanently resolvable regardless of your license status, consistent with standard scholarly publishing practice.
- This Agreement does not transfer ownership of your conference/journal's name, brand, or content to Technology Fist - you retain full ownership and editorial control, subject to the platform's technical terms of use.
By checking the box at registration, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to this License Agreement.
Optional modules
Certain capabilities are not part of any plan and are enabled for a venue individually at Technology Fist's discretion, on request. They may be withdrawn where they are misused or where the obligations attached to them are not met, and withdrawal does not affect the rest of your licence.
Where a venue uses the event layer to collect attendee registrations, the venue - not Technology Fist - is the seller of those registrations, sets and publishes its own registration terms and refund policy, and is responsible for collecting the money through its own arrangements. Technology Fist provides the software that records registrations, check-ins and certificates.
Certificates issued through the platform are statements of record only: attendance certificates require a confirmed registration and a recorded check-in, and presentation certificates require a paper accepted by that venue. Venues must not request, and Technology Fist will not issue, a certificate that does not correspond to the record.
