Refund Policy - Journal Editors

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for journal editors using Article Management System, operated by Technology Fist.

A new AMS licence is refundable in full within 14 days of purchase provided the journal has not been made public and no submissions have been received; after that, hosting and renewal fees are non-refundable once provisioned or applied. The one-time venue publishing setup fee is non-refundable once your proceedings page has been activated. The per-published-paper processing fee is charged only when a paper is actually published, and is refundable only if the paper is withdrawn before its DOI is registered.

  • Refund requests, where applicable, should be raised with the relevant conference/journal in the first instance, and with Technology Fist for platform-level (hosting/renewal/publication) fees.
  • Approved refunds are returned using the same payment method used for the original payment, where technically possible.
  • This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under the law that applies to you.
