Refund Policy - Conference Chairs

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for conference chairs using Article Management System, operated by Technology Fist.

A new AMS licence is refundable in full within 14 days of purchase provided the venue has not been made public and no submissions have been received. After that, or once the venue is live, hosting fees are non-refundable, since the setup work has been carried out. If a request is rejected before approval, no fee has been charged. Renewal fees (for journals) are non-refundable once a renewal has been confirmed and applied.

  • Refund requests, where applicable, should be raised with the relevant conference/journal in the first instance, and with Technology Fist for platform-level (hosting/renewal/publication) fees.
  • Approved refunds are returned using the same payment method used for the original payment, where technically possible.
  • This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under the law that applies to you.
