Delivery Policy - Conference Chairs
Last updated 18 Sep 2026
This Delivery Policy explains what "delivery" means for conference chairs using Article Management System, a digital service with no physical goods shipped.
For conference chairs, "delivery" means: once your AMS hosting request is approved and payment is confirmed, your conference's submission system (and website, if purchased) is provisioned and accessible immediately; any physical deliverables are not part of this platform's service. After your license expires, your conference's data remains accessible for 6 months (see the License Agreement) so you can retrieve anything you need.
- All services are delivered electronically; there is no shipping and no physical delivery address is collected for that purpose.
- If a delivery (e.g. a decision notification or account provisioning) is delayed beyond what's reasonably expected, please contact the relevant conference/journal, or Technology Fist for platform-level issues.
AMS Software Licence delivery: AMS software licences are delivered electronically - nothing is shipped and no delivery address is collected for that purpose. On payment confirmation your venue workspace is provisioned automatically and your organizer credentials are emailed to you, typically within minutes and in every case within 24 hours. Renewals and website, capacity and publishing upgrades are applied in the same automatic step that confirms the payment, and a receipt is issued with each. Payments made by bank transfer are confirmed by a person on our team, so delivery follows once we have confirmed the transfer.
Release invoices: paying a release invoice releases the listed papers to the publishing queue immediately and, on your first invoice, switches on your venue's public publication page; a receipt is issued at once. The released papers are then picked up by an automatic intake that runs every few minutes, and each one is published by your editor once its proof is approved and its DOI and final PDF are in place - publication is an editorial step, not an automatic consequence of payment.
